Friendly, fun, chill and laid back environment, but when things ramp up they ramp up fast

Sometimes people in charge make decisions that I dont agree with

Free breakfast and lunch, although it was quite repetitive. Met some other really cool creatives.

Lack of diversity. Clear hierarchy system. Awful non responsive HR. You will be treated awfully if you even dare to raise an issue in this company. Very much a cult in my opinion. Wouldn't recommend. There are plenty other creative companies, much larger than this one with so much more diversity and lovely management compared to this company. Look elsewhere...just not here.
