Pros
Good perks, coffee, some nice people, good for Juniors there is something you can learn in about a year. Good location.
Cons
Salary does not match the job description. Upper management is unaware of difficulties and oftentimes have irrational expectations. They say they don't do crunch time but your lunch hour is not payed so you end up working 9 hours a day. A lot of seniors end up leaving because there is lack of creative work. This is a company that cares a lot about revenue but salaries are not improved accordingly. You will be moved from one project to another without you having a say.
