Pros

Cofounders and research team are visionaries, at the top of their game in the 3D AI space. There is a lot of promise for the products and very fast-paced innovation to match. Company is not bogged down by indecision.

Cons

There's a lack of people management/structure, but that is to come. When things are so fast paced, there is not always the space to spend time on creating process or structure.

Pros

The equity package offers potential long-term value, though its ultimate worth remains speculative at this stage of the company’s lifecycle.

Cons

- The growth and marketing leadership appears fundamentally out of sync with the current cultural conversation surrounding generative AI. There is a profound lack of understanding regarding public perception, modern storytelling, and brand sentiment. Instead of crafting compelling content that addresses user concerns or builds community, the team relies on "old school," unimaginative tactics that fail to resonate with a digitally-native audience. - There is a noticeable struggle to bring in high-level talent within the growth and marketing department specifically. Because the internal culture feels resistant to modern trends and authentic branding, the team remains stuck in a cycle of producing derivative content that does nothing to improve the brand’s public standing. - The company struggles to retain brilliant people. I've seen many high-performing colleagues join with enthusiasm, only to depart quickly after realizing the internal reality doesn't align with the "innovative" image projected during recruitment. - Despite substantial investor backing, the ROI on growth initiatives is negligible. Resources are frequently diverted toward short-term "growth gimmicks" and failed experiments rather than addressing the core product’s stability or building a sustainable brand narrative. - The product itself suffers from significant technical debt. The app is prone to frequent glitches and shutdowns. Furthermore, the generative AI tool often requires an exhausting amount of prompting to achieve mediocre results, making it difficult to justify in a competitive market. - As the tool is largely derivative, there are lingering concerns regarding its long-term viability, potential intellectual property challenges, and its ability to survive an increasingly saturated AI landscape.
