      Good work life balance Good compensation Remote opportunities Great people in the director and below levels

      Heavy work loads VPs and above still are a bit out of touch with how the world has changed since Covid. Sell off of fiber assets and treatment of employees going to new company

      The people are friendly and helpful, the work is engaging, deadlines are flexible, collaboration is smooth

      Cons

      Moves slow at times, contractors are unreliable, projects can be delayed or outright scrapped after being worked on
