      Compensation Nothing consistent Right hand does not know what the left is doing No upward mobility No room to grow Revolving door Take it or leave it attitude Poor planning by upper management and it trickles down Pricing is not competitive for sales. Tenure before talent in terms of upward growth. Merger after merger

      Easy to learn, manageable schedule, supportive management

      Cons

      Changes in systems with many malfunctions, confusing workflows, policies set with little guidance (like figure it out yourself)

      Pros

      Good pay, great benefits, great people to work with, boss is great, etc.

      Cons

      Company is undergoing transformation, so it's a bit chaotic. Have to work with old stuff and new stuff at the same time. Hopefully that will change as we transform further.
