Pros
Each department was flexible within their own departments. They were like little individual companies that intertwined within each other. Over the years transferring around from department to department you would get to see how they all linked together.
Cons
They have become underhanded with their work ethics and disrespectful of their occupational work force. Skirting around the union with their tactics of eliminating senior employees for their own personal reasons rather than work related issues.
