Pros
Really great, fun people who know how to mix work and play - though some are gone now. Family feeling to the workplace, with relative flexibility in hours and work locations in some functions more than others. Good benefits - standard if not slightly better than average. I would return to the company for the right job. Most leadership teams support your professional growth and offer opportunities for development, though there is no formal leadership development path. Really strong rigor around analytics teams which leads to excellent work.
Cons
No sense of gender balance or equal pay for equal work, and promotions were doled out on the "good ole boy" system. I was constantly paid under the minimum while putting in 60+ hours of work a week. No real commitment to diversity hiring at any level. Some in HR slow to react to toxic behaviors in the workplace, though this appears to be improving with changes in upper management.
