Pros

Good commission pay structure, friendly coworkers, great location. Other than that, please read on to the Cons. Here we go!

Cons

For starters, the training was horrible. They had a trainer that had been with he company for about ten years. The problem is that he didn't care about his job anymore, so the training didn't matter to him. Another issue is the attendance and full time statuses. I was told that after 90 days you become full time (giving you the ability to earn paid time off as well as benefits), but that didn't happen until after 200 days! They do not care if you are sick, you have to meet your quota or be fired. My job position went from 30+ employees down to just 2employees after 9 months. They don't know how to generate good leads apparently, because they have their employees call the same people that have been called about the exact same thing the day before when they said no. Also they have this strong push to sell their PRISM TV service, but they don't even know what homes qualify for the product (making the quota unattainable). Overall horrible experience, it's all about SALES, and ZERO customer service!!!

Pros

Good pay, great benefits, great people to work with, boss is great, etc.

Cons

Company is undergoing transformation, so it's a bit chaotic. Have to work with old stuff and new stuff at the same time. Hopefully that will change as we transform further.
