      Very poor middle management Completely disconnected executive leadership Risk taking is highly discouraged. "Getting along" is far more important than profits.

      Pros

      Great company, everyone was very welcoming and accommodating. Management was pretty laid back but still expected results. This role was remote btw.

      Work from home is only pro

      Cons

      So many issues. No raises. Layoffs everywhere. When those happen you have to do extra work (no additional pay) Toxic culture Leaders are DINOSAURS who should be cut. C suite delusional on growth expectations Run away from this place and don’t ruin your career.
