Pros

Great pay and benefits. Nice work environment. Friendly co-workers and lower management. Very flexible with schedule.

Cons

Constant never ending changes. Since first merger brought in new systems that set us back 10-15yrs. Takes longer and more complicated order entry. Need better raises. Health Care-price going up and covering less Web based training...need more one on one classroom training. Graded on score cards like school kids. New Soft phones--are not working. Can't get thru to other centers half the time to transfer, or if you do you hang up on one or both parties. Not a friendly system. Of course, I guess it goes with the order entry system.

The people are friendly and helpful, the work is engaging, deadlines are flexible, collaboration is smooth

Cons

Moves slow at times, contractors are unreliable, projects can be delayed or outright scrapped after being worked on

Pros

Easy to learn, manageable schedule, supportive management

Cons

Changes in systems with many malfunctions, confusing workflows, policies set with little guidance (like figure it out yourself)
