      Pros

      Large portfolio of products to sell Medical benefits are good

      Cons

      Level 3 did nothing to integrate TWT and Global Crossing when they bought them thus Centurylink really acquired 3 different companies to go with the not quite integrated Qwest Centurytel and Savvis. Leadership is completely absent from the day to day only to surface for the occasional quarterly call No raises across the board in 2 years RIFs happening constantly so people don’t know if they have a job in the future

      Easy to learn, manageable schedule, supportive management

      Cons

      Changes in systems with many malfunctions, confusing workflows, policies set with little guidance (like figure it out yourself)

      Pros

      Good pay, great benefits, great people to work with, boss is great, etc.

      Cons

      Company is undergoing transformation, so it's a bit chaotic. Have to work with old stuff and new stuff at the same time. Hopefully that will change as we transform further.
