      At CenturyLink, we view our employees as our most important asset and the differentiator that sets us apart from our competition. As part of our integration with Level 3 we took actions to harmonize the compensation philosophies between the two companies, centered around a “Pay for Performance” philosophy while remaining competitive in the marketplace.
