As part of our integration with Level 3 we took actions to harmonize the compensation philosophies between the two companies, moved towards a “Pay for Performance” philosophy while remaining competitive in the marketplace.       Changes in systems with many malfunctions, confusing workflows, policies set with little guidance (like figure it out yourself)
