      They play favorites. If you speak up and offer your experience, they don't want to hear it. Upper Management are out of touch with the employees.

      The people are friendly and helpful, the work is engaging, deadlines are flexible, collaboration is smooth

      Cons

      Moves slow at times, contractors are unreliable, projects can be delayed or outright scrapped after being worked on
