      Pros

      There are performance reviews twice a year and the raises are substantial. Honestly, it is hard to find pros. If you need a job with good benefits and okay pay, this is the one for you.

      Cons

      No possibility of promotion. Employees are not treated with respect. If you are legitamately ill you are expected to be at work out of fear of losing your job Dishonest with their customers, leaving employees to clean up the mess.

      Pros

      Great company, everyone was very welcoming and accommodating. Management was pretty laid back but still expected results. This role was remote btw.

      No bad things to say

      Pros

      work life balance, excellent time off so long as manager doesn’t micromanage/track and limit FTO, nice people, leadership has turned the business around.

      Cons

      No pay raises even with great performance review (5years with zero raise) No career growth/progression - been on a high-performing team for 5 years and not one person on the team has been progressed or promoted during that time. Little opportunity for career advancement and growth New jobs within the company are going to external hires, not much grwoth for current employees
