Pros

Maybe PTO and holidays - I think that is about it.

Cons

First off, I was told not to even try to organize or management will hang me. -- That's illegal. Terrible systems. No raises - not joking they literally don't believe in them. And for performance-based raises, they have an arbitrary system where they can basically tell you to shove off if you ever ask for one. Arbitrary bonus system where they can choose how much to fund it No cost of living raises. No location-based payment big city or rural south same wages. Too many systems and half don't work. Wages are horrible.

Pros

Work/life balance, generous paid time off, flexibility to get to appointments as needed, a revamped short term incentive program. Lumen's leadership has really transformed the culture and put the company on a form foundation for growth.

Cons

They are still working on systems integration and combining the multiple companies that were merged into the current company. Leadership has made it a priority to invest the resources necessary to integrate the systems, workflow management. At this point the changes are starting to become evident.

Pros

Remote work, good health insurance

Cons

Lots of RIFs, poor technical leadership in the highest levels, lots of wasted money and resources on third party vendors and contractors to just abandon those projects or vendors in short order. Poorly thought out data management decisions. Company is trying their hardest to look like a modern tech company with modern values, but most of it is virtue signaling.
