      Pros

      Marketing team is very helpful with content and demand generation. That’s the extent of Pro.

      Cons

      Executive Management, antiquated systems and processes, poor focus on fixing customer perception of inadequacies from Level 3 and CL acquisitions. Pricing out of whack compared to competitors. AI strategy is limited to really just providing pipes.

      Easy to learn, manageable schedule, supportive management

      Cons

      Changes in systems with many malfunctions, confusing workflows, policies set with little guidance (like figure it out yourself)

      Pros

      Good pay, great benefits, great people to work with, boss is great, etc.

      Cons

      Company is undergoing transformation, so it's a bit chaotic. Have to work with old stuff and new stuff at the same time. Hopefully that will change as we transform further.
