Not necessarily cons, but typical startup growing pains: wearing many different hats; change in sales strategy; competing initiatives with limited resources.

Hours are flexible and there is definitely a strong sense of community. Lots of incredible talent.

Unfortunately, layoffs and other tech startup challenges are bound to keep coming up. Leadership may try to tell you otherwise, but I guarantee they are speaking to a fraction of the team with the knowledge that a subset will be let go.
