Pros
-Good culture, really enjoyed the people I worked with. -Great technology -Fairly good training and onboarding -Strong compensation IF you can make sales (sales can be extremely difficult to close depending on person and mentality) -Upwards mobility if you are good at the job. *This is a capital sales role calling on Optometrists and Ophthalmologists - the technology is incredible but expensive and the majority of doctors you call on will be extremely hesitant to invest into this type of equipment. If you approach it correctly and are able to close sales this will be a fantastic opportunity. If you are unable to close your sales there will be pressure, performance plans, and base pay is not great.

-Tons of rejection -Tons of cold calling -High pressure to perform and hit quota -Technology on the vision side is extremely expensive for customer and not many offices are good candidates
