Pros
People are friendly and nice to work with.
Cons
OKRs are not treated seriously. Consistently moving targets and definitions of the OKRs. Management is inexperienced as they jump around with how they organize meetings, track progress, take notes, and deal with people. If contracting, they are unreliable with their end date. They will say one thing but end a month earlier. You'll be notified at noon that your ending today at 2pm via email when you expected to be there for a month longer. No feedback when you ask them and they ghost you by deferring to HR. Not even the courtesy to call, thank you, and do a closing interview after months of work. It's highly unprofessional and unstable for contracting. Unless you are desperate for work, I would look elsewhere.
