No job security. Poor business outlook - Engineer Lumileds Employee Review

No job security. 6 layoffs in the past 5 yrs. CEO also change 5 ppl in the past 5 yrs. Poor business outlook and decision. Forced leave mandatory (abt a week) every year at least once. Poor canteen food. Very little increment (only encountered twice in 5-6 yrs). Only 2 bonus thru out 5 yrs too. (less than a month). Employees can't put in best effort thinking tomolo might be their turn to get layoff.
