Pros
Most folks here are smart, diligent people who are easy to get along/work with. The projects themselves can also be quite engaging.
Cons
Little room for growth for entry/mid-level employees. The company has on-paper ambition, but has dropped the ball several times when it comes to execution. Compensation is also scant for lower-level engineers which isn't a deal-breaker in theory, if management eventually rewards/promotes hard-working employees which they're reluctant to do.
