      Pros

      This Company has a great worklife balance where they offer 36.5 hour work weeks during off peak seasons. They understand you have a life and family outside of the office. They are very friendly and do a lot of firm events like happy hours and lunch/breakfast in the office. Everyone is genuinely happy and enjoys coming into work and busy season is at most 55 hours. Great pay, great people, great culture, and great work life balance! So far it has been a great fit for myself and has benefited my family as well.

      Pros

      Since joining Lumsden, I have been very impressed with and grateful for the firm's commitment to its people and emphasis on quality. All of the team members that I have worked with thus far have been awesome with respect to quality of work and attitude and willingness to work hard and help out the engagement team. The firm also has an amazing commitment to continuing improvement, never-ending learning and growth.

      None so far. Busy season, but this is expected in this industry.

      Pros

      Most people are great to work with and are super friendly. Management is very responsive when you have different types of clients you may want to work on. They pay for things like CPA study software, CPA exam costs, and have generous benefits.

      Cons

      Certain people can be a bit difficult to work with.
