Flexible work schedule, autonomy as a worker, flexible patient caseload, documentation is done on an app- can dictate which allows for notes to be done a lot faster
Cons
Pay by patient so pay can fluctuate, caseload can fluctuate if people cancel, may need to adjust marketing because doctors seem to think this is the same as home health
