Pros
You get cake on your birthday. They love to buy cake! The admin assistant goes around asking what cake you would like and the CEO makes sure its bought. Then they sing you happy birthday, you eat cake. A few hours later you either quit or get fired.
Cons
Company has nothing left to offer. You get no raises. You are blamed by management if sales are down regardless of your position. If you do not speak the language they speak FORGET IT! I am not a bitter employee. It was actually a great place for about a year, after that the new management turned it into what was left when I left. They have downsized completely and if you are looking for a future here. DONT! RUN! They do no respect you or your knowledge. They care only about the $. You are just another employee. Once they drain you of your resources, you are forced to quit or they fire you. Everyone I know there quit voluntarily. That is how bad it was.
