Pros
A company with one of the most unusual organizational cultures--where anyone can make any decision, there are no managers, and everything is transparent (including salaries). A lot of stuff is organized around the principle of fairness. There's a whole bunch of long-term folks who are invested in the company, which tells a thing or two. There's a strong emphasis on working from the office, which may be a pro or a con, depending on a point of view.
Cons
Radical autonomy is sometimes a lot to ask people--you aren't always willing to deal with all the responsibility and stress of making a tough call and sometimes there's no way around it. We had our fair share of cultural/interpersonal screwups and have we recovered entirely? I don't know. If you want to optimize purely for money, Lunar won't be able to keep up with purely remote roles.
