Cons
4 rounds of layoffs within 10 months, no success in attracting investors in silicon valley, poor management, not a good technology,Company's strategy changes every 6 months to survive and make up the numbers for investors. No 401K, no additional stocks, no bonus, no salary raise after 1 or 2 years. Too much politics within engineering group as everyone tries to protect his job in a company less than 25 employees. High level of job insecurity
