This was a great place to work, the other employees were amazing in most cases. as with others there are always issues, i stayed around for several years so that says it all. Joe Lunghamer himself is a father figure. The best you can work with.
Cons
As for wherever you work, there are the politics, the general manager hated me from day one and picked his favorites and that played a major roll in my departure. He did not appreciate you for your qualifications, certifications or skills and put a cap on your worth. He ONLY took the side of management and never listened to the little guy, Let’s just say he chose whom to listen to based on the wrong credentials or qualifications. The best person for the job doesn’t get the promotion , the one that would work for the least got it. That being said, that’s kind of how the world turns these days.
