Pros
This is a very small company, so you have the opportunity to do many different things. The environment is laid back. This is a good place to work if you want to be a financial advisor in the future. They will pay for the CFA tests.
Cons
Lunt Capital has very few benefits. Bonuses are so low as to be nearly non-existent and there is not even an employee 401k plan here. The insurance is more expensive than if you work at a large company. You will spend a great deal of time working alone in your office. I realize this could be a pro for some people who like to be isolated.
