      Close knit workforce, good work-life balance, financially stable and able to invest in initiatives and produce in house, promotes active lifestyle.

      Cons

      Lack of forward thinking, issues within the office are swept under the rug. Very male oriented office - secretaries are women, management is male.

      Great 401k matching and company vehicles

      Cons

      No work life balance... aka micromanagement they expect you to work over 8 hours a day. Base paid is lower than the the average construction company.. Lack of PTO...
