Pros
LuxBus is a place where I can truly call my second home. The members of the Training team Chris Dean and Joe Sweet go above and beyond to make sure you succeed. They never give up on you and truly have your back. Hector Rodriguez in Saftey is a tough one he holds you accountable for your mistakes but even when he does he does it in a way where you know he cares about you and wants you to be your best and expects nothing less then the best from you. From all the office staff, dispatch, to even the owner are all wonderful people with a true open door policy. They are my second family and I would bend over backwards for any of them. There is a ton of money to be made here. You will never be broke, and they always make sure the drivers are always making money.
Cons
Like with every company there are always a few bad apples. There have been a few instances with a extremely small handful of drivers starting a little drama or mess but as always dispatch or management always looks out for us and puts everything back to normal.
