This is a company where success is yours to take, as long as you’re self-motivated, accountable, and willing to put in the work. One of the standout aspects of Luxuria is that we’re given leads, which is a game-changer compared to being an independent contractor or working with other agencies. Instead of spending hours chasing clients, I can focus on doing what I do best: creating unforgettable travel experiences. The management team is incredibly supportive and genuinely invested in helping us succeed. They’re not just checking boxes—they care about our growth and actively encourage us to reach our potential. Beware of this company. The turnover is the highest I’ve ever seen, with employees being fired for no reason by a management team that doesn’t even speak English or understand the travel industry. Alex and Byron, the managers, are unprofessional and set unattainable sales goals with zero support or clue on how to be in a role of leadership (this should be highlighted because these two are not made for leadership roles - they are the worst I’ve seen to date) Expect to never receive your commission, as they sell you a dream but don’t deliver, like at all. Pay is unsustainable, and the work environment is toxic and mentally abusive. Employees are treated terribly, and it’s not uncommon for people to be fired with zero warning, when they are at the top of the board for performance, just because the manager is insecure and takes advantage of her power. Avoid this place at all costs. Truly sad how deceptive and careless they are regarding employees. Excited to get out of here asap
