Only lack of relationships between staff as most show up for their evening class and leave after.

In previous years, it was always a great place to work because everyone worked as a team.

Politics now plays a heavy role in our college; it shows. Employees are leaving, retiring, or being laid off. There's an elephant in the room that isn't being discussed; everyone can feel it.
