Pros

The CEO, CTO, and Project Manager are all super talented engineers who can handle tech challenges at any level(They are not just managers without tech view). Managers are open-minded and really encourage you to share ideas and speak up. You also get the chance to learn best practices directly from the Project Manager/Tech Lead, which makes the work experience even more valuable. The product development process is steady, and you always know what’s coming next thanks to clear release plans. Teams are friendly and supportive—especially the US-Canada team, who always have each other’s backs. The CEO and founders are very transparent, so you always know where the company stands and how they’re tackling challenges.

Cons

The only downside is that release and expansion plans can be a bit too ambitious at times, which may affect work-life balance.

Pros

Teammates were nice and overall pleasant, besides the lead CSM.

Cons

Overall leadership was never in-place. Instead what you will receive is a ego driven CEO who has forgotten to remember there is a clear line of constructive criticism and personal emotions controlling your professionalism. Not to mention the lack of accountability regarding their training and those put in place to ensure everything was to their standard. What should have been a great and positive experience, has turn into nothing more than regret and foul lingering taste I will endure for some time. *Multiple meeting not completed due to the trainer not "having time", This specific issue occured several times. *Being responsible for info "YOU DID NOT KNOW" when that info should have been reinforced during those missed meetings... *The apparent 1099 status to circumvent taxes I assume, since I was not a contractor and followed a full time schedule.. I do not believe this is legal from what I'm hearing. Please remember, as a 1099 contractor you are responsible for your own taxes. *High turnover rate. I see why now!
