1. The VPO’s incompetence is only magnified by her managerial ineptitude. This textbook example of Dunning-Kruger at work doesn’t have a basic understanding of fundamental property management principles. Case in point, not knowing (or maybe not bothering to learn?) the historical & current use of company specific & industry wide practices & the almost completely plagiarized idea of pandemic related tenant assistance from a much larger and well established property management company in the area (let’s just say it rhymes with turbine).
2. To echo a previous review I’ve also witnessed first hand as managers yelled at employees in the common area of corporate hq.
3. Microaggressions, gaslighting, undermining and inequitable treatment some management has toward working mothers.
4. Rampant nepotism but holds true for most privately held companies.
4. Several long time employees with outdated modes of thinking and stale, recycled ideas.
