Only pro I can think of is most of my co-workers were good to work with.

Turnover was crazy for a company this size, which has a lot to do with the poor leadership. Decisions were made based on feelings and which way the wind was blowing that day. Hopefully things will get better with the new company that purchased them, but not sure.
