Pros
The interviews are quick in compared to most job interviews. There were three "rounds" of interviews and they each lasted a little less than 30 minutes.
Cons
* This company is an MLM (multi level marketing company) so majority of the pay is commission based, not hourly or salary so not really reliable for anyone who wants a real career * Not totally transparent that you would not start as a marketing assistant like they had said, but will be pushing people to sign up for companies by enticing people with the chance to get a free phone or tablet *You would be working 6 day work weeks, Mon-Sat * They believe that they can somehow successfully take 3-4+ years of marketing and campaign training and experience down to less than a year * Person conducting the interview had barley been with the company for a year and struggled to answer more complex questions about work life and the company in general. Seemed to only rely on what they were trained to say and can't deviate much like a script.
