      High level of nepotism. borderline legal working practices. false promises, operational ethos is a joke, focus on big numbers and allows the little numbers that will come back and derail them to be ignored

      Great place to work if you want to move up in your career. Great people. Great overall experience.

      It's not a 9-5 job, but that's okay because it's worth all the time you put into it!

      Interesting projects and intelligent engineers to work with. Also WFH.

      Cons

      - Zero progression. - No performance based pay rise in years. - HR doesn't care when you raise issues to them. - False promises regarding training and opportunities. - Poor communications from projects to engineers.
