The company offers great benefits, many new ones that I have never even heard of. For the most part, very understanding of working parents needing flexible schedules, which makes it a great place to maintain a healthy work-life balance. Especially in the summers and cruel winter months. The majority of employees are collaborative, supportive, and genuinely enjoyable to work with. Senior leadership is particularly strong — they are visible, forward-thinking, and set a positive tone for the organization. Cons
As with many large organizations, there can be some inconsistency in work ethic across teams. At times, this places additional responsibility on high-performing employees.
