Good place to work - Associate M+R Employee Review

I was SHOCKED at the quality of the overall benefits package & reimbursement program for remote workers. The feedback, type of accounts, learning opportunities and team of motivated & fun people have been my favorite part of the job so far. I can definitely see why most people stay as long as they do & I'm excited to see my trajectory in the company as well.

For me personally, going from working with for-profit orgs/agencies meant a lot more money than the non-profits so I took quite a pay dip (~40k) but the investment for my life satisfaction & ability to learn more across multiple channels was worth it.

100% remote work is convenient. There's a union

M+R lacks technology, it's extremely bureaucratic. POC folks often complain about micromanagement and lack of promotions. The agency is very performative
