      100% remote work is convenient. There's a union

      M+R lacks technology, it's extremely bureaucratic. POC folks often complain about micromanagement and lack of promotions. The agency is very performative

      Collaborating with mission-driven organizations and being part of an incredible union were two of the best things about working here.

      Cons

      Leadership could be better, but love how the union continues to hold them accountable.
