      I’m happy to hear that you like our culture including our hybrid work from home arrangement. Our total compensation package is quite generous because it includes not only competitive Base pay but also profit-sharing and bonuses based on stock as your tenure increases with the company. Combined with free healthcare for the whole family I am sure that our package is quite competitive with market. Thank you for taking the time for this review!
