Pros
Kind, compassionate company owners who genuinely care about their employees. Competitive pay. No employees displaced due to the pandemic. Team-based model that works! This is the fourth ownership of the company I started working for in 2007 and with that history, M3COM is the best thing that every happened to the company and the remaining employees. A lot can be accomplished with solid communications and kindness to one another. When management talks to workers like human beings, a lot more greatness is accomplished. I've had minimal experience in the office, but based on Zoom sessions and many, many group calls, I can tell the office culture is fairly relaxed in that you don't "feel" massive amounts of tension around every door.
Cons
I work remotely so don't see the office enough. There aren't any major cons that I can think of from my personal perspective.
