-Corporate did a great job of keeping everyone informed during COVID-19 (overall they handled the pandemic incredibly with well keeping their staff as safe as possible)

-Depending on your property and time of year it can be fast/slow-paced
-Opportunities to advance
Cons
-Dealing with difficult residents (but this is the case in any customer service role)
-Corporate offices are out of state so for long-term career goals at corporate you may have to move out state; *pro if you live in those states
