Pros
Work life balance is good minus working on weekends. That's a huge bummer.
Cons
Poor leadership. The company nickles and dimes from residents, to vendors, to employee pay. They will not pay you a penny more than what they think you're worth even given the marketed pay. The pay is not worth the headache that this job brings. I've been a LC, APM, and a PM with this company.
