Your work is recognized and our leaders make a conscious effort to make onsite visits to the properties and provide support where needed.
Cons
There is simply no such thing as a perfect company. Instead of a Con I choose to view as area for improvement. Current areas of improvement align with onsite challenges with our CRM software and upward communication with our recruiting team to work together to proactively recruit more top talent for vacant positions.
