Pros
They are very supportive and if you live in one of MAA larger market areas, such as Atlanta, there is a lot of room to advance with the company.
Cons
In the multifamily industry if you are a PM or higher even when you're off you still have to respond to emergencies. Work life balance is almost non existent, this is with any apartment management company, not just MAA.
