      Pros

      Terrific people and fantastic management team. Culture and commitment to doing everything it takes to growing up and to bring customers to success. Everything is done at the highest level and with a relentless pursuit of quality. The daily perks are incredible and you will get spoiled but can't complain.

      Cons

      So much to do and so little time to do it! The management is a little bit weak in strategic planning and sometimes should better plan what to do in order to avoid the frequent priority changes.

      Pros

      In my role, the work/life balance was good: nobody bothered me and it was very flexible. Management does a great job to keep employees happy and satisfied.

      Cons

      Training was uneven or incomplete. Salaries could be better and career tracks within the firm can be limited.
