The company is very top-heavy in terms of management. It felt like there were dozens of VPs, between Senior and Executive levels, while the boots-on-the-ground type positions that need additional hires rarely got them. Some managers in the company Org Chart supervise only 1 person, sometimes even 0.
There is a tendency to buy smaller companies and then either a) do a rush integration, or b) more or less neglect them. Either way usually ends with bitterness from employees at the newly purchased company.
Salaries are not competitive, especially for the corporate world.
