Cons
you are a no brain tool in the hands of your boss. The main part of the projects are managed by young architects without the necessary experience. They are not able to manage the team and the workload, so the result consists in a lot of overtime hours for a really bad product. The partners have not the necessary experience too, in fact they care only about the final renderings (a lot of reviews are about the colors of the trees and the general quality of the images) The salary is really low. The main part of the office is Chinese and a lot of people are not able to speak english....even during the meetings you often need "subtitles". Human resources and office management and administration are really bad organized. Probably the best period of this office is gone.
